Kellymoss Fields Expanded Female Driver Presence Across Porsche Racing Programs

As the 2025 racing season kicks off, Kellymoss is thrilled to be fielding the largest group of talented, deserving female drivers in our team’s history. The championship Porsche racing team will be running at least one female driver in every series we compete in - from club racing to multiple tiers of single-make professional racing on the Porsche ascension ladder.

Stepping behind the wheel for a second season with Kellymoss will be Loni Unser, a fourth-generation racer with an established family legacy in motorsports who posted an impressive 3rd place finish in class in her first season of Porsche sprint racing in last year’s Porsche Sprint Challenge North America (PSCNA) series.

Joining Loni in PSCNA is Canadian newcomer Erika Hoffmann, whose racing resume includes winning the 2022 Formula Woman International Driver Search Competition and co-founding Slate Racing, an all female team of Canadian racers. Erika will debut in Porsche sprint racing in the Cayman 718 GT4 RS Clubsport car.

In the prestigious Porsche Carrera Cup North America (PCCNA) series, Kellymoss is excited to introduce Ashley Freiberg, who will again be competing on Team Kellymoss. It will be her first foray into the PCCNA series following a tumultuous 2024 PSCNA season that highlighted Ashley’s special brand of tenacity, grit and exceptional race craft as made evident in exciting come-from-behind performances and multiple podium moments throughout last season.

And, in our Porsche Club of America racing, we are excited to return seasoned racer Nicole Robichaud to the track. Nicole has been a regular on our club racing circuit since she famously became the youngest and sole female competitor in club racing in her teens. Now an adult and mom herself, Nicole continues to share her love of motorsports with her dad, Rene, competing alongside him on the track for Kellymoss.

For Victoria Thomas, Kellymoss co-owner and CFO, being able to showcase these incredible women is the result of focused Kellymoss effort and commitment to expanding and promoting opportunities for women in motorsports in our Race Forward program, “It’s so rewarding to go from running the first female driver in Carrera Cup2025 in 2023 to partnering with female drivers in all our 2025 Porsche racing endeavors in just a couple short years. It’s clear that motorsports is ready for talented women to excel in all areas of our sport, behind the wheel and beyond. We’re privileged at Kellymoss to be part of their story.”

Loni Unser couldn’t agree more, “In 2024, Kellymoss helped me grow more than I could have ever imagined as a driver and a forever student of the sport.” Erika Hoffmann shared similar excitement for the upcoming season, “I am very excited to be joining Kellymoss - it’s an incredible opportunity to learn from a team that has such a strong history of success. Seeing a female driver in every series at Kellymoss this year is a testament to the growing opportunities for women in racing, and the team's dedication to championing diversity within the sport.”

Unser, Freiberg, Hoffmann and Robichaud will join a robust team of Kellymoss competitors ready to continue the team’s success in 2025, defending an 11-Championship title run in 2024 across single-make Porsche racing series.
